Opening this fall in Amager, Martini House will serve up classics like penne alla vodka, shrimp scampi, and chicken parm.
 
                            This winter, Graziano welcomes a second home. By day, Bottega di Graziano will keep the city warm with espresso and fresh cornetti. By night, the bottega will come alive with Graziano's signature comforts—ragù, pomodoro, fresh pasta—served with impeccable hospitality and an even finer wine list.
 
                            Chef Will King-Smith (formerly of Geranium) brought classic Cantonese cuisine to modern Copenhagen with Goldfinch. Now, he’s turning his attention to Japan. Opening soon, Kinyobi will introduce contemporary Japanese flavors paired with a meticulously curated sound experience in the heart of the city.
 
                            The two-Michelin-starred Kong Hans Kælder is getting a sweet sequel. Opening this December, Kong Hans Bakery stems from the same passion behind the restaurant’s celebrated brioche, dessert trolley, and petit fours.
 
                            This winter, Chef Svend Hviid (ex-Kadeau) will lead the kitchen at Bottega Barlito, the newest addition to the Bottega family alongside Barlie and Estadio. From early mornings to late nights, Bartilo will offer an all-day experience that combines neighborhood comfort with the effortlessly cool flair of its stylish sisters.
