5-serving lunch at HANZŌ — The pan-Asian powerhouse brings sticky wings, pad kra pao, and a little heat to the daytime table
HANZŌ gives the long lunch a welcome dose of heat. With restaurants across Copenhagen, there’s more than one place to settle in for five servings made for sharing. Bright citrus, sticky glazes, and fragrant herbs fill the plates, while the colorful surroundings give you every reason to take your time.
Pad kra pao comes with pork, Thai basil, a fried egg, and steamed rice. Sticky wings are lacquered with char siu BBQ and gochujang. Balinese edamame gets tossed with lemongrass, chili, lime, and palm sugar. The Tokyo Salad brings crisp cabbage, wakame, and sesame, while prawn crackers dusted with HANZŌ spice come alongside avocado dip.
