Pick any two burger combos at Fatty’s — Flame-grilled and buttermilk-fried burger classics in Islands Brygge and Nørrebro
The secret’s been out since 2022. Fatty’s grew from a backyard operation serving burgers through a window into a two-location sensation without losing its appetite for the classics. Beef is ground in-house and flame-grilled to order, chicken is marinated in buttermilk and fried on demand, and everything lands on golden brioche with house pickles and sauces.
The Cheeseburger layers beef with cheddar, onion, pickles, and secret sauce. The Hamburger adds lettuce and tomato, while the Fried Chicken Po-Boy brings crisp chicken and Cajun heat. The Veggie Burger commits to indulgence: a portobello mushroom stuffed with mozzarella and coated in Parmesan and panko. Each combo comes with fries and a choice of chipotle mayo, truffle mayo, aioli, Caesar dip, or burger sauce.
Eat inside the compact burger bar, take a seat at the beer bar next door, or take your combos to go.
