After years spent traveling, eating, and collecting inspiration, the Andersson family kept returning to the same thought: why couldn’t they find the things they loved in their hometown? Together, Frederik, his sister Sofia, and their mother Vibeke created DETALIÉ, a café with local roots, a global mindset, and a name that reflects their exacting approach.

House sourdough is paired with Duroc ham, cold-smoked Faroese salmon, or confit tomato with feta cream. Croissants and cardamom buns from Flere Fugle fill the pastry case. Basque-inspired gildas and chips with crème fraîche dip call for vermouth on the rocks. La Cabra coffee meets matcha sourced directly from growers in Japan. Nitro beer on tap takes its cue from Tokyo, while the wine list travels from Austrian Grüner to Burgundy Pinot Noir.
